Insight Global is seeking a LabWare LIMS Administrator for a top pharmaceutical manufacturing client in Toronto.
Responsibilities:
- Administer and configure LabWare LIMS (versions 5 & 7) to meet business requirements.
- Analyze and document business processes; translate requirements into LIMS solutions.
- Implement enhancements and maintain system functionality, including troubleshooting interfaces.
- Develop and update Crystal Reports (Crystal 11) and stored procedures using SQL/T-SQL.
- Support laboratory instrument interfacing and SAP integration.
- Participate in global LIMS implementations and upgrades.
- Contribute to validation test case design and impact assessments for system changes.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience with LabWare LIMS administration; LabWare LIMS Admin Certificate required.
- Strong knowledge of cGMP processes in a pharmaceutical environment.
- Familiarity with 21 CFR Part 11 ERES compliance.
- Proficient in LabWare LIMS BASIC and SQL.
- Experience with Crystal Reports, Empower, TrackWise, and SAP preferred.
- Basic PC management skills (software installation, device manager, thin client concept).
