Bilingual Production Order Analyst
Location: Toronto, ON – Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote; core day is flexible)
Language: Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken

Your Responsibilities
- You’ll manage incoming production orders, reviewing, logging, prioritizing, and preparing responses for law enforcement and government agencies.
- In this role, you’ll coordinate with internal teams to ensure requests are fulfilled accurately and securely, meeting required deadlines.
- You’ll prepare bilingual response packages, providing data in a secure manner and following up with agencies as needed.
- You’ll support technical access for law enforcement officers accessing their results and maintain high standards for information management.
- You’ll assist in coordinating document signings and affirmations, ensuring all parties are present and timelines are met.
Skills and Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in business, legal, or fraud operations
- University degree or equivalent in business, legal, or social science fields
- Bilingual in English and French, with excellent written and verbal communication
- Paralegal certification is a strong asset
- Advanced competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize high volumes of requests
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive material while collaborating effectively
