DESCRIPTION:
Senior Delivery Lead to oversee the full delivery lifecycle. This includes leading the planning phase , facilitating requirements gathering sessions, defining scope , and building the delivery roadmap for an initiative focused on automating credit card payments for our customers.
We’re looking for someone with a strong background in project management and delivery, particularly within the AI and automation space. The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven success delivering complex projects on time and within scope
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- A hands-on approach , actively involved in all aspects of delivery—not just at a high level.
- Experience with Credit Card Payment Automation
- Experience with Bambora for TD Bank Credit Card processing experience
- Six Sigma certification – an asset
- Change Management experience
- The ideal candidate comes from a background in software development , and transitioned to a senior delivery lead.
- Agile SCRUM methodology
- AI – such as Copilot – an asset
