Job Description
BoxOne Ventures is redefining venture investing for the era of AI and autonomous agents. We’re seeking a AI Engineer to work closely with our AI Engineering Lead to design, build, and improve our next-generation technology platform—covering everything from autonomous deal scouting and AI-driven diligence to research augmentation and real-time portfolio monitoring.
You’ll operate at the forefront of emerging technologies: prototyping with the latest agent architectures, experimenting with advanced LLM tools, and translating bold ideas into production-grade systems. Our long-term vision is for you to launch and oversee a fleet of autonomous agents that work hand-in-hand with our investment team, elevating both the speed and quality of decisions.
We need a self-directed builder who pairs deep technical skill with product intuition—someone energetic, versatile, and comfortable navigating ambiguity while supporting multiple teams. If you thrive on pushing boundaries and turning innovation into impact, we want to meet you.
