Lead the coordination of EWIS development changes and ensure smooth implementation.
Energize the “Project Management” dimension for the IPT EWIS team:
Drive weekly team reviews with engagement and focus
Track progress and ensure timely follow-up on actions
Oversee schedules, from high-level milestones to operational details
Manage risks and opportunities with strategic insight
Monitor and optimize development project costs

Develop, align, and refresh integrated plans that drive success

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, or equivalent
Natural leadership and ambition to drive projects forward
Ideally, 3–5 years of project or program management experience
Strong technical knowledge of aircraft development and commercial operations
Sharp analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities
