Job description: We need an experienced automotive production manager that is familiar with body and collision repairs. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: • Supervise staff of 25 technicians in body, prep, paint, assembly, detail and QC • Provide leadership to paint/body shop staff • Enforce all company policies and procedures • Be self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision • Experienced in meeting deadlines with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
