Position: Order Fulfillment Coordinator
Pay Rate: $22–$24 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Ongoing Full Time)

Position Overview:
The Order & Inventory Coordinator will be responsible for processing customer orders, managing purchase orders, and deploying inventory with accuracy and efficiency. This role requires strong attention to detail, proficiency in Oracle ERP, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with team members across multiple locations nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter customer orders from the NTWK ordering tool into the ERP Sales Order system within 24 hours of submission.
- Redirect direct fulfillment orders between branches in ERP to ensure timely delivery and proper inventory allocation.
- Create, place, and receive inventory purchase orders, maintaining accurate records for tracking and reporting purposes.
- Deploy inventory using WMS and Flexi systems, ensuring correct quantities and destinations are recorded.
- Monitor and manage order statuses, inventory levels, and fulfillment timelines to support operational efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with remote team members located in NAN, CGY, and WPW to coordinate order processing and inventory management.
- Troubleshoot order or system discrepancies, escalating issues when necessary to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Ensure all transactions comply with company policies, operational standards, and audit requirements.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience working with Oracle ERP for order entry, inventory, and purchase order management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for processing orders and managing data.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with remote teams.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and tools such as Flexi is an asset.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
