Now Hiring: Senior Project Manager – HR Technology (SAP SuccessFactors)

Contract Term: 18 Months (November 3, 2025 – May 8, 2026)
Location: Downtown Toronto – St. George Campus
We are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager – HR Technology to lead a large-scale HR systems modernization initiative . This is a high-impact, enterprise-wide transformation project focused on the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Onboarding , replacing legacy SAP HCM systems.
This role is ideal for an experienced HR technology leader who thrives in complex environments, excels in stakeholder management, and has a proven track record delivering large institutional HRIS implementations.
About the Opportunity
This role sits within the Enterprise Applications & Solutions Integration (EASI) group and reports into senior SAP leadership. You will lead multiple interconnected workstreams tied to the modernization of core HR systems, including cloud migration, data transformation, integrations, testing, and enterprise rollout.
This is a high-visibility role with direct engagement across HR leadership, IT leadership, external vendors, and executive stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Onboarding
- Oversee all phases of delivery including data migration, transformation, integrations, testing, and UAT
- Manage security configuration and role-based permissions
- Lead project budgets, schedules, and forecasts
- Manage internal HR and IT resources as well as external vendors and systems integrators
- Lead RFP processes, vendor selection, contract negotiations, and SLA oversight
- Deliver executive-level reporting including steering committee updates, risk management, and delivery tracking
- Ensure alignment between HR leadership, IT leadership, and business stakeholders
- Support business analysis activities as required to streamline and optimize HR workflows
- Contribute to long-term HR technology strategy and enterprise modernization planning
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in HR technology project management
- Demonstrated success leading large-scale, enterprise HRIS implementations
- Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Strong background in HRIS modernization, data migration, and systems integrations
- Extensive vendor management experience including contract negotiations and SLA management
Preferred Certifications and Education
- PMP, PgMP, PfMP, or CAPM
- SAP SuccessFactors certifications (Employee Central, Onboarding, Recruiting, Performance & Goals)
- ITIL, Lean Six Sigma, or Human Resources coursework considered an asset
