About the Role
At Loblaw, we take pride in helping Canadians live life well. We are looking for a Pharmacist who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to a community-oriented pharmacy environment. You will be part of a broader Health & Wellness model that includes Pharmacy, Dietitian, Medical and Optical services.
This position reports to the Pharmacy Manager and is responsible for accurate prescription dispensing, clinical counselling, and delivering high-quality service to patients and providers.
What You Will Do
- Prepare, dispense and control medications accurately and on time
- Maintain appropriate prescription and OTC inventory levels
- Provide proactive counselling and patient education
- Help build community trust through health awareness initiatives
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers
- Manage operational costs effectively
- Support training and development for pharmacy team members
What You Will Need
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and Class A Pharmacist license (Ontario)
- Strong professionalism and customer-service approach
- Leadership and coaching ability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Community engagement mindset
- Strong problem-solving and execution skills
- Experience with KROLL or HealthWatch is an asset
