Description
Insight Global is seeking a Full Stack Developer (Front-End Focus) to join Lululemon’s B2B Engineering team. This role will lead front-end development for a custom in-house application supporting custom apparel, while contributing to backend services in Java. You’ll collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions for Lululemon’s B2B platform.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead front-end development using TypeScript, React, Next.js
- Build and maintain Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) layers in Node.js integrating with GraphQL & REST
- Contribute to backend API development in Java (Spring Boot)
- Create responsive UI components with SCSS and Tailwind
- Ensure code quality with Jest and React Testing Library
- Participate in architecture discussions and propose technical solutions
- Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and backend engineers
- Mentor junior developers and provide code review leadership
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance
- Support deployment and release cycles within CI/CD pipelines
Must-Have Skills
- 8+ years of software development experience
- Expertise in TypeScript, React.js, Next.js, Node.js, Java (Spring Boot)
- Strong understanding of modular architectures, API design, and front-end performance
- Experience with GraphQL & REST API integrations
- Familiarity with AWS
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience in retail, digital commerce, or supply chain technology
