We are seeking a Power Platform Solution Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-scale solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents). The role includes driving best practices, governance, and establishing a Center of Excellence (CoE) to standardize processes and accelerate adoption across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design and architecture of Power Platform solutions for enterprise clients.
- Establish and manage a Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) to define standards, governance, reusable components, and best practices.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, secure solutions.
- Build custom applications, workflows, and dashboards integrating Dataverse, SharePoint, Teams, and other Microsoft 365 services.
- Provide guidance on data architecture, APIs, connectors, and integrations with Dynamics 365, Azure, and third-party systems.
- Ensure solutions comply with enterprise security, performance, and governance standards.
- Mentor and guide developers and junior architects on Power Platform best practices and CoE frameworks.
- Support pre-sales, including solution demos, technical estimations, and architecture documentation.
Required Skills
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents).
- Experience establishing or working within a CoE for governance, standardization, and adoption.
- Knowledge of Dataverse, connectors, APIs, and enterprise integrations.
- Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 integration (F&O, CE/CRM) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Storage, Synapse, Data Factory).
- Expertise in ALM, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform.
- Strong understanding of business process automation, workflows, and data modeling.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Pre-sales experience and solution presentation skills are a plus.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Microsoft certifications in Power Platform, Dynamics 365, or Azure are preferred.
- 8+ years of relevant experience, including hands-on development and architecture.
- Proven track record leading enterprise Power Platform projects and/or CoE initiatives.
