Agilus is recruiting for a Project EHS Administrator in the Oil and Gas industry in Calgary, Alberta.
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Field/Project EHS Administrator to support a large-scale construction project in British Columbia. This role combines executive-level administrative expertise with safety program coordination, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to a major energy initiative while enjoying rotational work and camp accommodations.
Total rewards:
- $35.00 - $50.00 hourly

Responsibilities:
- Provide executive-level administrative support for EHS functions
- Prepare and manage professional documentation and reports
- Coordinate compliance activities and contractor management
- Maintain accurate records in platforms such as ISNet and Intelex
- Support safety program implementation and monitoring
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure EHS standards are met
- Utilize MS Office Suite, SharePoint, and other digital tools
- Assist with data analysis and reporting using PowerBI
Requirements:
- Strong administrative and professional writing skills
- Experience with compliance platforms (ISNet, Intelex)
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and SharePoint
- Familiarity with OpenText, PowerBI, Blue Beam, and Adobe
- Preferred certifications: First Aid, WHMIS 2015, ICS100
- Ability to travel and work in camp settings on a rotational basis
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Previous safety experience is an asset but not mandatory
