What is the 9am-5pm routine?
Design, program, and test PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems for water treatment technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to review designs, specifications, and project progress.
Troubleshoot and support automation systems during production, testing, and commissioning (on-site and remote).
Manage project scope, schedule, and budget, proactively identifying risks and improvement opportunities.
Must-Haves
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with industrial automation and control systems.
Proven experience with major PLC/HMI brands (Rockwell, Siemens, Schneider, Emerson).
Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams.
Experience with P&IDs, single-line diagrams, I/O lists, and loop diagrams, with the ability to develop, review, and interpret them accurately.
Nice-Haves
Experience with VFDs, instrumentation, and basic electrical design/documentation.
Strong customer relationship mindset and ability to balance client and company priorities.
