Responsibilities:
- Fully understand Engineering and IT client requirements and job qualifications
- Proactively source, screen and interview, potential candidates for our high-profile clients
- Build and maintain relationships with a diverse pool of top-notch candidates
- Continue to learn and develop recruitment strategies and keep on top of industry trends
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree, Diploma or equivalent
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Interest in Engineering and Information Technology fields a must!
- Prior experience in recruiting an asset
- Ability to learn new concepts quickly
- Driven to achieve results
- Ability to work independently and as a team player

Salary: $45,000 annually plus commission
