Must Have Requirement:
- 8-10 + Years Change Management Experience
- Experience Capital Markets (Global Markets, Corporate Markets, Investment Banking)
- In-depth knowledge of OSFI E-21 regulatory requirements
- Strong understanding of Operational Risk, specifically in a second line oversight capacity
Nice to Have:
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Change management certification or equivalent experience
- Capital Markets audit experience
- Experience managing regulatory change programs
