Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead Offer Creation Projects from initiation to closure, ensuring the delivery of a solution that meets the business case objectives. This includes achieving stakeholders satisfaction, maintaining high quality standards, adhering to time-to market targets, and managing product and project costs within committed goals. This role is ideal for someone with foundational project management experience who is eager to grow their skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects while working closely with cross-functional teams located globally across multiple time zones.
Key Responsibilities :
• Ensure program/project meet targets for quality, time to market, development & execution costs.
• Define & manage the project budget, resources and schedule.
• Drive compliance to Offer Lifecycle Management (OLM) Process, Quality procedures and cybersecurity certifications.
• Work with future offer manager & offer managers to ensure service offers are aligned with strategic initiatives and support business growth targets and margins.
• Organize, lead and drive the project team and coordinate with global cross-functional stakeholders including, but not limited to, other lines of business, global supply chain, support functions, digital and connected services groups.
• Identify the risks, issues, and manage associated corrective action plans.
• Prepare and deliver clear, concise project reports and presentations to management teams, highlighting progress, risks, and recommendations for decision-making.
• Participate in quarterly planning sessions for offers, contributing insights on timelines, resource allocation, and strategic priorities to support business objectives.
• Support administrative activities, including managing development tools and overseeing subcontractor timesheets, and invoices processing & tracking.
Qualifications :
• Education: Engineering degree combined with an MBA (or equivalent).
• Experience: 2–5 years of professional experience in project or program management.
Skills & Knowledge:
▪ Strong communication skills with assertive leadership capabilities.
▪ Familiarity with PMP principles and Agile development frameworks (certification is an asset).
▪ Highly organized, structured, and detail-oriented.
▪ Ability to influence without formal authority and lead cross-functional teams.
Additional Requirements:
▪ Flexibility to work across multiple time zones.
▪ Fluency in English; French is considered an asset.
