Key Responsibilities
Sourcing Candidates:
- Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, networking, Job fair, campus Hire) to identify and attract potential candidates.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
Screening and Interviewing:
- Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit.
- Coordinate and facilitate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
Assessment and Selection:
- Administer assessments and coordinate feedback from interviewers.
- Assist in making selection decisions based on candidate evaluations.
Offer Management:
- Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate terms, and ensure timely communication with candidates.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed.
Onboarding:
- Collaborate with HR to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
- Provide necessary information and support to new employees during their transition.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand departmental needs and create effective job descriptions.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and metrics.
Market Research:
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
- Analyze hiring data to refine sourcing strategies and improve candidate quality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a recruiter, ideally in an end-to-end capacity.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
Requirements:
- At least 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience IT Industry, of which a minimum of 3 years hiring for full-time roles across applications and digital skills.
- Strong talent sourcing skills through job boards, LinkedIn and social networks
- Experience working with Application Tracking System
- Knowledge of digital and application technologies/ IT Skill landscape
- Must - Bilingual -French and English
- A passion for finding, assessing and recruiting the best talent, with deep expertise in understanding local talent markets and translating this insight into appropriate and effective talent sourcing strategies and methods
