We’re Hiring: Part-Time Global Recruiter (Hybrid | Toronto, Canada)
8-month contract | Hybrid model (1+ day/week in-office)
We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Global Recruiter to join us on a part-time basis for the next 8 months.

What you'll do:
- Own global end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Source talent directly across LinkedIn, databases, and more.
- Manage external recruitment vendors.
- Lead screenings and structured interviews.
- Partner closely with hiring managers - from role kickoff to final offer.
- Ensure a top-tier candidate experience across multiple roles and tight timelines.
What we're looking for:
- Proven full cycle recruiting experience (especially Go-to-Market roles).
- Strong direct sourcing skills.
- Ability to manage external recruitment partners.
- Proactive, independent, and process driven.
- Great communication and stakeholder management.
- Organized, detail oriented, and compliance focused.
