As part of our expansion into the Ottawa/Gatineau area, this position will be remote until our office is opened in early 2026.
What you will do
- As first point of contact with General Contractors, the PM will manage the ongoing relationship throughout the Project.
- Oversight of end-to-end planning and scheduling.
- Liaise with suppliers directly, direct negotiations and purchasing.
- Oversee all stages of project life cycle.
- Track and control construction schedule and associated costs to achieve completion of projects in timely manner.
- Supervise installations and subcontractor management.
- Find opportunities to maximize margins.
- Supervise shipment and logistic planning.
- Ensure safety standards and quality control is being maintained.
- Clear and timely communication with clients -both verbal and written (bilingual)
Successful applicants will require experience in the following areas:
- Proven experience in commercial construction industry a must
- 5+ years in Project Management (PMP preferred)
- Industry knowledge and ability to read blueprints
- Possess a valid drivers license
- Bilingual (French/English)
