Responsibilities:
- Analysis of business processes with the focus on understanding operational requirements; bridging the gap between finance and operations
- Map and improve business processes across project planning, procurement, delivery and Finance
- Support risk analysis, forecasting, and project performance reviews
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and implement solutions
- Assist with construction software tools (ERP, PM systems) and system administration, integration and development.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the business
- Analyze project data (cost, schedule, resource usage) and develop actionable insights
- Create dashboards, KPIs, and reports to support operational and executive decisions
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Construction Management, Engineering, Finance, or related field
- 2–5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst (construction or engineering preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel
- Experience with construction/project management software (Procore, Primavera, MS Project, Autodesk)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving mindset.
