Passion Fruit Partners is hiring an Associate Consultant to join our team to deliver Salesforce implementation projects for nonprofit organizations. Successful candidates will have a combination of strong technical and project management skills, with a passion for creating solutions for our nonprofit clients.

What we offer:

Responsibilities:
- Go through onboarding/training and ramp up Salesforce knowledge/consulting skills
- Collaborate with team members
- Design and build solutions on the Salesforce platform including 3rd party application integration, data migration, and automation
- Transform business requirements into technical designs, document business process flows, facilitate requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders
- Contribute on projects, with guidance and support from more senior team members
- Test build components against business requirements
- Manage client expectations, set deadlines, and monitor project hours
- Identify and address out of scope items to client and internal team
- Create and lead training sessions
- Create and manage project timeline, flag to team when there is project risk
- Complete your Salesforce Nonprofit Consultant certification within your first 90 days of employment

Qualifications:
- Salesforce.com Admin Certification required, Salesforce.com Nonprofit Consultant or other Consultant level certifications preferred
- 1+ years of Salesforce consulting experience required
- Past experience working with nonprofit organizations
- Strong time management and communication skills
