Travel Operations Manager – Corporate Division
Our client is actively seeking a Travel Operations Manager to lead their Corporate Travel Division and play a pivotal role in scaling operational excellence across a growing multi-brand environment. This is a hands-on leadership role for a performance-driven professional with strong corporate travel expertise and exceptional people management skills.
This position offers the opportunity to directly influence service delivery, team performance, and operational strategy at a senior level.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of approximately 10+ corporate travel professionals
- Oversee training, workforce scheduling, and daily performance management
- Serve as the first point of escalation for service issues
- Conduct agent performance reviews and implement development plans
- Continuously analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and drive process improvements
- Provide hands-on reservation support as required
- Actively participate in brand business reviews, providing insight into performance, risk, and growth opportunities
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Fully bilingual (English & French) – MUST HAVE
- Proven leadership experience in corporate travel operations
- Advanced Sabre knowledge
- Strong leadership presence with a process-driven, performance-focused mindset
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment
- Highly organized, decisive, and execution-oriented
