We are seeking a highly experienced and certified Finance Project Manager to lead and coordinate complex, strategic, cross-functional initiatives spanning joint ventures, capital markets, monetization, mergers, and divestitures. This role requires exceptional project leadership skills combined with a strong finance/accounting background.
The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-driven professional experienced in managing high-visibility finance programs within corporate development environments.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of project management experience in corporate development, capital markets, or related finance environments
- CPA or equivalent accounting qualification strongly preferred
- Proven success leading projects in joint ventures, monetization, capital markets, and divestitures — required
- Strong financial and accounting knowledge with prior hands-on experience in finance or operations
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and external advisors (investment banks, legal and tax teams, consultants)
- Expertise with project planning tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira)
- Exceptional organization, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capability
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar) required
