Required Skill Set:
• Collaborate with stakeholders in requirement gathering and documentation and validate business and functional requirements.
• Translate high-level business needs into detailed user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Create Functional Document and help technical team to map with the technical design document accordingly.
• Experience in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies to improve project velocity and stakeholder satisfaction level.
• Ability to visualize workflows and identify optimization opportunities for innovation and improvement.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to align diverse teams for complex projects deliverables
• Prioritize features based on business value, user impact, and technical constraints.
• Technical Collaboration Work closely with Business stakeholders, architects, OLBB developers, and QA teams to ensure requirements are technically feasible and testable.
• Participate in daily status call daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and to support agile waterfall delivery.
• Compliance Security Ensure the solutions adhere to regulatory, privacy, and security standards.

• Business Analyst who will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, Product Owner product teams, and mobile developers to deliver user-friendly mobile solutions.
