The Volunteer's Role
Cuso International seeks a dedicated individual with a passion for creating entrepreneurship opportunities for the youth of Lima, Peru. In this volunteer role, you'll have the chance to support the initiatives and activities driven by the KALLPA association, while playing a crucial part in advocating for equality for everyone.

As a volunteer, your responsibilities will:
Provide technical support to young entrepreneurs with disabilities from CJEI post-entrepreneurship course.Use diagnostics to analyze ongoing businesses and identify improvement areas.Facilitate workshops to enhance business management skills in areas like marketing, sales, and finance for greater profitability.Conduct soft skills workshops to improve the competitiveness of CJEI-supported entrepreneurs.Offer personalized advice and follow-up on improvement plans for existing businesses.Register entrepreneurs and their improvement plans in the CJEI database for better management practices.Participate in management meetings of the Lima Region Kallpa Association to enhance CJEI's strategic direction
Essential Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.Familiarity with business planning, improvement strategies, and other marketing techniques aimed at fostering the growth of small enterprises, particularly micro or small business management.Understanding of disability issues, models of social and economic inclusion, gender perspectives, and the EncA-supported entrepreneurship methodology. Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Essential Background:
Develop and provide guidance on strategies aimed at enhancing and optimizing the management of micro or small enterprises operated by individuals with disabilities.

Support Package
