Compensation: $55,000 $65,000 + Bonus
About the Role
This role is ideal for an early-career professional eager to gain hands-on experience in luxury custom home projects-You will support the design process from concept to completion while collaborating closely with senior designers, architects, and clients to bring visions to life.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing design concepts, mood boards, and material palettes.
Prepare drawings, renderings, and presentations using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools.
Research and source finishes, furnishings, fixtures, and materials.
Support senior designers in producing construction documents and design specifications.
Attend client meetings, site visits, and walkthroughs.
Maintain organized project documentation, sample libraries, and vendor relationships.
Stay updated on design trends, codes, and regulations in residential interiors.
Qualifications
Degree or diploma in Interior Design or a related field.
1 2 years of residential/custom home design experience (internships or co-ops considered).
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong sense of aesthetics, space planning, and detail orientation.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
