Product Designer (UX/UI – Digital Products & Kiosks)
Overview
We are looking for a Product Designer to lead the design of digital concierge and kiosk solutions. This role is focused on creating intuitive, engaging, and accessible experiences that improve passenger navigation, service discovery, and digital touchpoints. You’ll own the end-to-end design process, from research and flows to high-fidelity UI, working closely with engineering and product teams in a Lean/Agile environment.
Responsibilities
• Own the full product design lifecycle: research, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI.
• Design user-friendly kiosk and web experiences that simplify navigation and promote services.
• Create scalable design systems and component libraries for consistent implementation.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure accurate build and delivery of designs.
• Run user testing, gather feedback, and iterate quickly.
• Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design practices.
• Partner with product teams to define metrics and measure design impact.
Qualifications
• 5+ years in Product/UX/UI design for digital/web applications.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product work (not just visual polish).
• Proficiency with Figma (design systems, prototyping, collaboration).
• Experience working in Agile/MVP environments alongside engineering teams.
• Excellent communication skills to explain design thinking to stakeholders.
Nice-to-Haves
• Experience designing for kiosks, wayfinding, or large-venue/public-facing digital interfaces.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA).
• Knowledge of CMS-driven platforms (e.g., Sitecore).
• Exposure to analytics and A/B testing for design validation.

• Location: Hybrid – 3x per week onsite near Airport.
• Contract: 6 months (with potential extension).
