About the Role
Our client, Mother Parkers , is seeking a forward-thinking Engineering Manager, Industrial Reliability & Infrastructure to lead a multi-year Maintenance Excellence and Reliability Transformation across its operations. This strategic role is instrumental in elevating equipment reliability, optimizing industrial infrastructure, and implementing best-in-class maintenance practices to enhance uptime, operational resilience, and asset performance.
The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership, deep expertise in reliability engineering , and a passion for digital transformation across maintenance and infrastructure functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the enterprise-wide Maintenance Excellence and Reliability Transformation strategy
- Execute a 3-year roadmap across People, Process, and Technology
- Chair the Maintenance Excellence Steering Committee and provide executive-level reporting
- Develop, maintain, and track maturity through the Maintenance Excellence Index (MEI)
- Lead predictive maintenance programs and drive asset lifecycle optimization
- Implement RCA, FMEA, digital twins, and advanced reliability tools
- Oversee industrial infrastructure systems (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, structural)
- Guide infrastructure upgrades aligned with operational resilience objectives
- Standardize and optimize CMMS functionality and data integrity
- Integrate CMMS with MES/SCADA for improved real-time visibility
- Drive work order, PM, and asset management best practices
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement, TPM, and proactive maintenance
- Mentor engineering and maintenance professionals to build technical capability
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
- 7+ years of experience in reliability, maintenance, or infrastructure management
- 3+ years of leadership experience in industrial or manufacturing environments
- Proven expertise in TPM, asset management, and reliability engineering
- Experience with CMMS standardization, implementation, and optimization
- Strong understanding of predictive maintenance technologies
- Knowledge of infrastructure systems and capital project management
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent (preferred)
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
