A construction contractor client of ours is looking for a Project Coordinator to join the team.
The successful applicant will play a key role in supporting our estimators, project managers, and site superintendents throughout all phases of construction.
Key Qualifications:
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in construction project coordination in British Columbia.
- New build ICI or Residential experience
- BCIT Diploma or Canadian Engineering Degree (Preferred)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and coordination support to site superintendents and project managers across one or more projects
- Assist project managers with meeting documentation, follow-ups with subcontractors, and organizing project materials
- Manage the distribution and tracking of shop drawings
- Issue and follow up on site instructions
Package:
- $60-70k salary

- Option to work on site in the USA for 3-5 month period. This would include a 30% increase in pay, paid accommodation, travel and car as well as subsidized food and return flights every 3 weeks.
