About the Opportunity

As an IT Sourcing Specialist, you will lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives for IT services, software, cloud solutions, and technology platforms that support organizational growth and innovation.

Your Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end IT sourcing and contracting activities across SaaS, cloud, hardware, and consulting services.
- Develop sourcing strategies and manage RFx processes for medium- to high-complexity initiatives.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, SLAs, and commercial conditions to drive value and mitigate risk.
- Partner closely with legal, compliance, privacy, and security teams to support contract drafting and execution.
- Act as a trusted liaison between internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and support continuous improvement within the procurement function.
- Provide mentorship and subject matter support to junior team members.
Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 2 year of experience in an IT procurement or sourcing role.
- Post-secondary degree, diploma, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Working knowledge of IT procurement processes, technologies, and service categories.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented, collaborative, and highly accountable.
- SCMP or CSCMP designation is considered an asset.
