Our client, a reputable financial services organization, is seeking a detail oriented Mortgage Administration Officer to support the smooth lifecycle of residential mortgage files. In this role, you will support underwriting, coordinate documentation, and ensure files move seamlessly from approval to funding to renewal.

Your Responsibilities
- You will prepare mortgage documentation and commitments based on approved underwriting recommendations.
- You will oversee end-to-end file administration, including insurance documentation, reporting, statement preparation and accurate record management.
- You will coordinate the renewal process, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate production of renewal packages.
- You will act as a primary contact for client mortgage inquiries, providing clear communication and resolving administrative issues.
- You will participate in team meetings and support continuous improvements within the mortgage operations group.
Skills and Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in mortgage administration, residential lending or related financial services roles.
- Strong understanding of mortgage documentation, regulatory requirements and file lifecycle workflows.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
- Strong customer service, communication and problem solving abilities.
- A positive, team-oriented approach and commitment to accuracy.
