Position: Methods Change Management Agent
Location: Calgary, Canada
Education:
- Degree or diploma in Engineering or Engineering Technology; or equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Aircraft Maintenance Engineer) considered an asset.
Experience:
- 3-7 years of progressive hands-on experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment, preferably in the aerospace industry.
- Previous change or project management experience is considered an asset.
- Knowledge of the fabrication and assembly of aircraft parts.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of Aerospace engineering and manufacturing principles and techniques.
- Ability to apply sound engineering principles to operational and process design issues.
- Ability to read and interpret aircraft engineering drawings.
- Ability to perform impact assessment of changes applied to design engineering drawings
Skills:
- Advanced knowledge in MS Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Intermediate knowledge in engineering drawing interpretation
- Ability to communicate well orally and in writing.
- Ability to communicate and document information using a computer and required software.
- Ability to deploy, manage and influence multiple projects, tasks, and priorities at one time. Ability to work effectively either independently or collaboratively on flexible work assignments.
- Ability to problem-solve complex situations by filtering, prioritizing, and analyzing complex and dynamic information.
