We are expanding our safety team and actively hiring Construction Safety Officers (CSO/NCSO) to support multiple ongoing residential, commercial, and civil projects across the Lower Mainland. If you’re a safety-driven professional who thrives on-site and is committed to maintaining high safety standards, this opportunity is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and enforce site safety programs and protocols
- Conduct site inspections, hazard assessments, and toolbox talks
- Support incident investigations and documentation
- Communicate effectively with site supervisors, trades, and project teams
- Ensure full compliance with WorksafeBC and site-specific safety requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 1+ year of CSO/NCSO experience
- Valid CSO or NCSO certification
- Occupational First Aid (Intermediate with Transportation Endorsement or Advanced First Aid) preferred
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Strong communication skills and a professional, safety-first attitude
- Ability to assist with general site duties when required
