About the Role
We are looking for a Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors and callers. This role is 100% in-office and requires someone who is reliable, organized, and confident in a customer-facing position.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers in person and over the phone
- Respond to inquiries and direct calls to the appropriate team members
- Perform basic administrative tasks and support office operations
- Maintain a tidy, professional reception area
- Use MS Office applications to complete daily tasks
Requirements
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Good computer skills, including MS Office
- Professional, presentable demeanor
- Reception or administrative experience is an asset but not required
- Ability to work Saturday-Wednesday (Thursday and Friday off)
