Administrative Assistant - Senior
Contract (3 months with possible 12-month extension)
On-site, Calgary or Edmonton
Job Summary:
You will assist parents, guardians, and child care providers with their online accounts, validate information, and provide support in a fast-paced call centre environment. This role ensures accurate account management, adherence to program policies, and excellent client service.
Key Duties:
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries via phone, providing clear guidance on policies, procedures, and online account processes.
- Validate and assess client information to determine eligibility for child care programs and subsidies.
- Monitor and update client accounts, ensuring accurate payments and adjustments.
- Identify and analyze potential fraud cases and escalate as required.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions while ensuring confidential information is handled securely.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a call centre or client service role preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle high call volumes and resolve issues efficiently.
- Experience using CXone phone system.
