Role Summary
The Events Lead is responsible for supporting and executing noissue's global events strategy to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and pipeline growth across core verticals. This role will own the end-to-end planning and delivery of trade shows, activations, and brand experiences in priority markets, with budget ownership and executional control. This is a global role requiring travel, based out of our Vancouver office.
Key Responsibilities
1. Events Strategy
- Support the global events strategy aligned with business objectives and vertical priorities
- Identify and evaluate event opportunities across priority markets
- Develop measurement frameworks to assess event ROI and impact
2. Event Execution
- Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of trade shows, expos, and brand activations
- Own project management: venue sourcing, vendor coordination, logistics, and timelines
- Ensure brand consistency across all event experiences
- Coordinate on-site execution and team logistics
- Own and manage each events budget
- Track spend, forecast costs, and report on budget performance
3. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Collaborate with Brand team on creative assets, messaging, and activations
- Work with regional teams to execute events across global markets
- Coordinate with Social Media on event promotion and coverage
- Source and manage relationships with event agencies, booth designers, and production partners
- Identify and engage local brand ambassadors in key markets
- Negotiate sponsorship packages and partnership opportunities
Skills & Qualifications
- 3-5 years experience in event marketing, trade shows, or brand activations
- Proven track record planning and executing events across multiple markets
- Experience managing event budgets and demonstrating ROI
- Strong project management skills; able to manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent vendor negotiation and management experience
- Comfortable with international travel and working across time zones
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in B2B, ecommerce, or CPG industries (preferred)
- Background in food & beverage or hospitality verticals (preferred)
Salary Range
CA$65,000 - $80,000 annually, based on experience
