They are now seeking a bilingual Client Service Executive (French bilingual) to join their Premium Client Management team in Toronto. This role is central to delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships with high-value clients.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee every stage of the client lifecycle for an assigned portfolio of clients.
- Guide clients through the account opening process, including documentation, platform demonstrations, and initial trade support.
- Build and nurture long‑term client relationships by providing product updates, market insights, and regular portfolio reviews.
- Support inactive clients by resolving platform issues and re‑engaging them with tailored solutions.
- Partner with the marketing team to draft and translate communications, website content, and campaign material.
- Ensure an outstanding client experience through efficient query handling, complaint resolution, and seamless trade execution.
- Respond proactively to client inquiries, escalating issues promptly when required.
- Stay informed on global market and economic developments to provide timely trading support and insights.
Skills & Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Management, or a related discipline.
- Native‑level French proficiency and fluency in spoken and written English.
- Prior experience in a client‑facing role (e.g., sales, client management, or client services).
- Understanding of financial markets.
- Strong integrity, with a highly client‑centric mindset.
- Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
