About the Role
We’re looking for an Administrative IT Support Specialist to join a dynamic team of 30 professionals across five groups. This role provides essential admin support and plays a key part in ensuring smooth operations and project success.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, document, and validate business requirements through interviews, workflow analysis, and documentation review.
- Create process flows for current and proposed workflows and data flows.
- Prepare use cases, define test plans, and develop test cases.
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, translating requirements effectively.
- Communicate with project managers, subject matter experts, and end users.
- Support multiple projects simultaneously with varying complexity and impact.
- Suggest work packages and help prioritize solutions within scope.
Must-Have Skills
- Hands-on Salesforce user experience
- Proficiency with Monday.com and Google Workspace
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Process documentation expertise
- Project management experience
- Ability to build engaging presentations
- Bilingual (French/English)
