Insight Global is seeking a Senior Business & Systems Analyst with strong expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite Financials (or similar tier-one ERP) to support and enhance our global retail finance systems. This role partners closely with Finance and Technology teams to improve processes, deliver system enhancements, and ensure the stability and accuracy of our financial platforms. . This initiative focuses on transforming and optimizing our global retail finance systems to support a rapidly evolving business landscape. The project involves enhancing Oracle E-Business Suite Financials and its integrations with critical platforms such as Coupa, GTNexus, and Accruent (Lucernex). The goal is to streamline financial processes across multiple regions, improve data accuracy, and deliver scalable solutions that enable global standardization. By leveraging technology and best practices, this project will strengthen financial operations, reduce complexity, and provide a robust foundation for future growth.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as SME for Oracle EBS Financials (AP, AR, GL, FA, PO, Costing) and integrations to external systems such as Coupa, GTNexus, Accruent (Lucernex)
- Lead workshops, document business processes (As-Is/To-Be), and create functional specifications for system enhancements.
- Identify opportunities to streamline finance processes across regions to support global standardization.
- Perform detailed functional and technical analysis to support system configurations, integrations and customizations.
- Oversee and coordinate testing activities, including test planning, test script creation, UAT cycles, and defect management.
- Conduct root-cause analysis and ensure remediation and long-term fixes.
- Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure high-quality, reliable system delivery.
Qualifications:
- 7–10+ years of business and systems analysis experience.
- Deep functional knowledge of Oracle EBS Financials or similar Tier-1 ERP (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Fusion, etc.)
- Strong understanding of retail finance processes
- Experience leading QA activities (functional testing, regression testing, UAT).
- Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Hands-on functional troubleshooting experience.
