What You’ll Do
* Set up and wax complete dentures, partial dentures, and flippers according to prescriptions and esthetic requirements.
* Process, trim, contour, and polish acrylic for lifelike esthetics and patient comfort.
* Perform denture repairs, tooth additions, and relines within target timelines.
* Verify fit, occlusion, midline, vertical dimension, and esthetics; document case notes.
* Communicate with teammates and clinicians to clarify prescriptions and recommend solutions for complex cases.
* Maintain clean, organized work areas; care for equipment and manage basic supply needs.
* Follow production schedules, SOPs, infection control, and health and safety protocols.
What You Bring
* Proficiency in dental terminology and lab practices; strong removable prosthetics fundamentals.
* High attention to detail and consistent, precise workmanship.
* Clear communication and a collaborative, problem‑solving mindset.
* Reliable time management and ability to meet deadlines in a busy lab.
Nice to Have
* Experience with digital workflows (e.g., scans, design, printed try‑ins).
* Knowledge of acrylic systems, teeth lines, characterization/staining techniques.
* Experience in a multi‑technician, full‑service lab environment.
