*What we require from you:*
* Currently enrolled as a 3rd/4th/5th year HVAC apprentice or a certified Journeyperson
* Possession of a valid class 5 driver’s license and a clean driving record
* Clear criminal background and Child Abuse Registry checks
* Canadian residency or valid work authorization
* Strong verbal communication skills for effective interactions with colleagues and clients
* Exceptional customer service abilities and interpersonal skills
* Basic proficiency in computer usage
* Willingness to travel to remote northern communities for extended projects
* Demonstrate honesty, integrity, and reliability in all aspects of your work
* Previous experience in both residential and commercial HVAC installations is advantageous
* A commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship and exceeding expectations
* Gas fitting experience is a plus, though not mandatory for consideration
