About the Role
M3 Staffing is hiring reliable and energetic Concession Stand Servers to support our clients at stadiums, arenas, concerts, festivals, and other large-scale events.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy fast-paced environments, customer interaction, and working as part of a team during major events.
Responsibilities:
- Serve food and beverages quickly and professionally.
- Operate POS systems, handle cash/card transactions.
- Prepare basic concession items (snacks, drinks, packaged foods).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the stand.
- Restock items and assist with inventory as needed.
- Provide friendly, helpful service to guests.
- Follow food safety and venue guidelines.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in concessions, food service, or customer service is an asset.
- Comfortable working in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must be punctual, professional, and able to work event schedules.
- Serving It Right is required for any alcohol-related positions.
Schedule & Pay:
- Event-based shifts: days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Competitive hourly pay depending on experience and assignment.
