Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Deliver complete payroll services for a diverse client base.
- Manage clients full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and seamless onboarding.
- Support workplace investigation processes.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment laws; recommend updates as needed.
- Identify clients training needs and assist in designing and delivering development programs.
- Provide guidance to clients on compensation and benefits and resolve related inquiries.
- Maintain accurate client information and prepare HR reports as required
- Foster a positive work environment and support employee engagement initiatives.
- Stay current on employment legislation and ensure organizational compliance
What you bring to the table:
The successful candidate will have:
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong client service and teamwork focus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Expert knowledge and experience of payroll systems and processes
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proven problem-solving skills and ability to handle confidential matters
- CPHR designation or equivalent is preferred
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
- Minimum 5+ years in an HR advisor or generalist role
- Hands-on experience with employee relations and full-cycle recruitment
- Consulting experience is an asset
