We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) to play a key role in expanding our growth and strengthening broker relationships across Ontario.

Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strategic relationships with mortgage brokers and partners.
- Actively promote Wiseday’s innovative mortgage products and services.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the mortgage market.
- Stay up to date with market trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Deliver engaging workshops and presentations to brokers, clients, and partners.
- Represent Wiseday at industry events, seminars, and trade shows.
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to design effective promotional campaigns.
- Analyze sales performance, forecasts, and market data to guide strategy.
- Negotiate and successfully close partnership agreements.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable industry regulations and standards.
Compensation:

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the mortgage industry.
- Fluent in English (French is an asset).
- Advanced digital and computer literacy.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong strategic and business acumen.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a car for business travel.
- Availability for travel within Ontario as required.
