💼 What You’ll Actually Be Doing
🧠 Client Leadership & Advisory
- Lead mid to senior-level executive search assignments end-to-end across supply chain, procurement, manufacturing, and operations
- Act as a true advisor to C-suite and board-level clients, not just a recruiter
- Run kick-offs, client updates, assessments, psychometrics, shortlist presentations, and leadership workshops
- Translate complex business challenges into smart, human, high-impact leadership solutions
- Own quality... every role spec, success profile, candidate report, and deliverable carries your name
- You are accountable, trusted, and visible with clients.
🌱 Leadership Inside the Firm
- Mentor and coach consultants and researchers across our global team
- Lead by example: commercially, culturally, and ethically
- Help shape how we do things: processes, standards, thought leadership, and internal capability
- Be part of internal leadership discussions that actually influence direction, not just optics
- We want leaders who build people , not manage spreadsheets.

- Drive new business through relationships, insight, and credibility
- Lead pitch development, client meetings, and strategic conversations

🎯 What We’re Looking For
- Experience in executive search or leadership consulting at a senior level
- Strong understanding of supply chain, procurement, logistics, or operations (or adjacent sectors)
- A proven ability to own client relationships and deliver results
- Commercial instincts, you understand how firms grow
- Gravitas with senior leaders, paired with humility and curiosity
- A desire to build, grow, and leave a mark
- Advanced degrees are welcome, but mindset matters more.
