Position: Account Representative
Location: Woodstock, Ontario
Compensation: CAN$55,000-65,000 per year depending on experience
Job Objective:
Join a dynamic, fast-paced team where you’ll play a key role in driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction! Our client is looking for a motivated an Account Representative who thrives on collaboration, organization, and making an impact every day.
What You’ll Do
- Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers through clear, proactive communication.
- Analyze inventory data and key performance indicators to support continuous improvement.
- Manage purchase orders, invoicing, and monthly reporting activities.
- Coordinate with engineers on product and process changes.
- Support Accounting and Warehouse teams with A/R, A/P, and logistics coordination.
- Contribute to a smooth month-end process and overall business success.
- Japanese language is an asset but not required.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business (preferred).
- Inventory Management experience.
- Strong Excel skills
- Detail-oriented multitasker with excellent organizational skills.
- Comfortable meeting tight deadlines and handling varied daily tasks.
- Willingness to work overtime (including weekends when needed).
- Occasional domestic and international travel required.
