Compensation Structure Option 1 Base: $140,000-145,000+ Commissions: 17% of Margin on first $1.5M Margin 25% of Margin on whatever is over $1.5M Margin Option
2 Base: $0 Commissions: 30% of Margin on first $1.5M Margin 37% of Margin on whatever is over $1.5M Margin

Role Details
Location: Montreal

Customers: Enterprise, Aerospace Montreal sector, and others TBD Key Audience: Procurement, IT leads, IT Operations
Travel: Minimal – occasional trade shows with booth responsibilities
Goal: Within 12 to 18 months, successful candidates typically transition to Option 2 compensation structure
