Job Title: Bilingual Sales Consultant – Quantum-Spirituality Transformation

The Role:
- Conduct 1-call close consultations for a $3,000 transformation program
- Manage a remote calendar and lead pipeline
- Follow up with prospects and provide guidance aligned with our clients values
- Sell with integrity and deep alignment with the mission of personal and spiritual transformation
The Ideal Candidate:
- Bilingual in French (Canada) and English
- 1+ year experience closing high-ticket coaching, consulting, or transformation offers
- Passionate about quantum physics, personal development, or spiritual growth
- Remote-ready: clean background, high-quality mic/camera, punctual
- Self-motivated and able to manage leads with little oversight
Compensation:
OTE = $110K - $150K/yr with upside potential for top performers (commission-only role)
- This includes a $5k/mo draw for the first 60 days of ramp up
- Commissions are tiered between 10%-15% depending on your close rate
