Our practice in Harriston is seeking an experienced, skilled Dentist to join our thriving practice. *Responsibilities*
* Provide comprehensive dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning
* Perform routine and complex dental procedures including restorative dentistry, crown and bridge work
* Conduct endodontic procedures, with particular emphasis on molar endodontics
* Perform surgical extractions and other oral surgery procedures within scope of practice
* Develop and present comprehensive treatment plans to patients
* Interpret dental radiographs and other diagnostic tests
* Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
* Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and office staff to ensure efficient patient flow
* Stay current with emerging dental techniques, technologies, and best practices
* Participate in staff meetings and contribute to practice development initiatives
* Maintain compliance with all health and safety regulations, infection control protocols, and privacy laws
*Requirements*
* Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree
* Current dental license to practice in Ontario
* 2-3 years of clinical experience as a practicing dentist
* Demonstrated proficiency in endodontic procedures, especially molar endodontics
* Experience with surgical extractions
* Excellent diagnostic and treatment planning skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
* Detail-oriented with excellent manual dexterity
* Foreign dental graduates with appropriate Canadian certifications are welcome
Job Type: Freelance
Pay: $1.00-$312,189.35 per year
