- International import/export of cargo via air or ocean
- Customs brokerage
- Bonded and non-bonded warehousing across North America

We are seeking a high-energy, high-agency Sales Executive to join our Outside Sales team. This is a role for a "hunter", someone who thrives on the chase and possesses the emotional intelligence to navigate complex, competitive, and consultative deals.
We do not require previous logistics experience. We are looking for the person, not the industry background. If you have spent your career in high-stakes, interpersonal environments, where your success depended on your ability to read a room, handle demanding clients, and sell a premium service in a competitive market - we want to talk to you.
The successful candidate will take ownership of a large and diverse territory and be responsible for generating, executing, and growing new accounts across industries.
What You’ll Do:
Business Development (60%)
- The Hunt: Identify and penetrate new B2B opportunities across our core service lines (Freight, Warehousing, Contract Logistics, and eCommerce)
- Full Cycle Ownership: Manage the process from initial cold outreach and "gatekeeper" navigation to executive-level presentations, closing, and multi-year account growth.
- Pipeline Strategy: Maintain a healthy, active pipeline by being relentless with follow-ups and creative in your outreach.
Relationship Management (30%)
- Consultative Selling: Build genuine, long-term partnerships with C-Suite executives and Operations Directors.
- Operational Discovery: Conduct thorough market and company research including site visits and deep-dive sessions to understand a client's "pain points" and offer a superior alternative.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Ensure a seamless transition from the "close" to operational onboarding, maintaining the high standard of service promised during the sale.
Market Expansion (10%)
- Strategic Input: Work with leadership to provide market insights and competitor analysis.
- Industry Presence: Represent Ameri-Connect at elite industry events and networking functions.

- Proven Sales DNA: 2–5 years of experience in a high-volume, relationship-driven sales environment. You are used to selling high-value services or commoditized products where you are the competitive advantage.

- Sophisticated Communication: You can tailor your tone from cold door knock to a formal boardroom presentation without missing a beat.

- Detail oriented: You are highly organized and detail oriented. You are proficient at summarizing meeting notes and opportunity write-ups for management and you are comfortable with the latest technology tools
